Shipping policy

Most of our orders are mailed out within 48 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We provide free shipping for orders above $150. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our delivery scope includes most areas of the United States (Excluding remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii,; overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.; and APO/FPO military addresses.)

Automated emails will be sent out by our store, and our shipping software, to notify you of your order status. You may receive multiple emails from both order status and tracking information. We want you to be completely informed as to the status and location of your order at all times. Please make sure that tracking emails haven’t found their way into your junk or spam filters.

For your protection and ours, please ensure that your billing and shipping address match, to assist us in fraud prevention. Our payment processing system may decline purchases due to a mismatch.
